Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Surgical Technologist for our Operating Room in Concord, Massachusetts. This onsite role is integral to our surgical team, where precision and the safety of patient care are of utmost importance. The ideal candidate will be involved in supporting surgical procedures while ensuring that the environment is sterile and conducive to high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain the sterile field during surgical procedures.
- Assist in anticipating the needs of the surgical team and the patient.
- Ensure compliance with strict hygiene and safety protocols.
- Support patient care throughout the surgical process.
Qualifications
- Certification in surgical technology or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of surgical procedures and protocols.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
