Job Summary
Banner Health is looking for a Surgical Technologist to be part of the team at East Morgan County Hospital, located in Brush, CO. This position is a full-time role that involves working on a night shift in a surgical setting. The Surgical Technologist will play a vital role in supporting surgical operations by ensuring a well-prepared operating room and a maintained sterile environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the operating room for surgical procedures.
- Organize and arrange surgical instruments and tools.
- Assist surgeons and surgical staff during operations.
- Ensure a sterile field is maintained throughout procedures.
- Support the overall efficiency of the surgical team.
Qualifications
- Experience in surgical technology or a related field.
- Strong understanding of maintaining sterile techniques.
- Able to collaborate effectively with a surgical team.
- Flexible to work night shifts as required.
