Job Summary
The Surgical Technologist / OR Tech – CST / ST will play a crucial role in the operating room, primarily focusing on preparing and maintaining a sterile environment. This position is based in Mead, Washington, and entails a full-time, onsite work arrangement. The remuneration for this role ranges from $50,767 to $64,674 annually.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the operating room, ensuring that all instruments are sterile and appropriately arranged.
- Assist surgeons during procedures to guarantee patient safety and achieve optimal surgical results.
- Monitor the environment and equipment in the operating room to uphold safe and efficient practices.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist is required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of surgical procedures and the operating room environment.
- Strong focus on patient safety and ability to work collaboratively with medical staff.
