Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Surgical Technologist / OR Tech – CST / ST to join our dynamic team in Augusta, Georgia. This role is essential in supporting surgical procedures by ensuring all necessary preparations are made and maintaining high standards during the operation. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to patient care and excellence in surgical practices.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain sterile fields during surgical procedures.
- Assist in various surgical operations, ranging from basic to complex.
- Provide comprehensive post-operative care to aid patient recovery.
- Collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff to ensure a smooth operation process.
- Exhibit a passion for quality patient care throughout the surgical experience.
Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or Surgical Technologist (ST) designation is required.
- Experience in surgical settings preferred, demonstrating knowledge of surgical procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a sterile environment.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with a medical team.
