Job Summary
Surgery Partners, Inc. is looking for a dedicated Surgical Technologist to provide essential support during surgical procedures in the operating room. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing instruments and maintaining a sterile environment to ensure the efficiency of the surgical team.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of surgical instruments and supplies needed for operations.
- Ensure the maintenance of sterile fields throughout surgical procedures.
- Support the surgical team by anticipating their needs during operations.
- Contribute to the overall effectiveness of surgical procedures through diligent assistance.
Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in the operating room is preferred, although candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience will be considered.
- Strong understanding of surgical procedures and techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation.
