Job description
The selected individual will aid clients in utilizing Enterprise and IC Attribute and Authorization services by troubleshooting access problems and offering support to development teams utilizing REST services. Responsibilities involve handling tickets using JIRA and delivering technical assistance through multiple communication platforms. Applicants must hold a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph and have a background in LDAP, SQL, RESTful services, and PKI. This position requires strong analytical abilities and the capacity to produce technical documentation effectively.
