The Senior Knowledge Management Technician is responsible for overseeing the creation, governance, and comprehensive management of enterprise knowledge articles throughout their lifecycle. This role includes conducting quality assessments, supporting AI-driven projects, and collaborating with service owners to enhance content quality. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of five years of experience in knowledge management and must demonstrate proficiency in ServiceNow Knowledge Management to be considered for this position.
