Job Summary
Our organization is in search of a skilled Systems Engineer I or Systems Administrator II to enhance our team. This position will primarily focus on troubleshooting, offering customer support, and performing regular maintenance tasks across various hardware, software, and network layers in mission-critical environments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct problem-solving and troubleshooting for both hardware and software issues.
- Provide exceptional customer support to address technical inquiries and challenges.
- Oversee the ongoing maintenance and optimization of systems in a mission environment.
- Work with various layers of hardware, software, and networking to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience in systems engineering or systems administration roles.
- Relevant degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience may be considered.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to offer quality customer support.
- Familiarity with mission environments and the ability to work under pressure.
