Job Summary
The IT Systems Engineer plays a crucial role in the upkeep, support, and surveillance of intricate hardware and software systems throughout various locations. This position also involves the design, creation, and execution of tailored system software, along with the responsibility of keeping comprehensive documentation up to date.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and support complex hardware and software systems across multiple locations.
- Monitor systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Assist in the design and development of custom system software solutions.
- Implement software projects while ensuring thorough documentation is developed and maintained.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field along with relevant IT experience; or an Associate degree paired with three years of technical experience; or a high school diploma with five years of applicable experience.
- Preferred experience includes enterprise data center operations, networking knowledge, and an understanding of storage architectures.
