Job description
The Vice President of Human Resources will spearhead the HR transformation within the organization, crafting a people strategy and developing scalable systems to facilitate business expansion. This executive will collaborate closely with the CEO to enhance organizational effectiveness, oversee talent management, and ensure operational excellence across all HR areas. Applicants should possess a minimum of 12 years of advanced HR leadership experience with a demonstrated history of driving organizational change. A bachelor’s degree is necessary for this position, which also requires robust business insight, a commanding executive presence, and the capability to work on-site in Houston, Texas.
