Job Summary
The Systems Integration Specialist is focused on creating and executing systems that enhance service integration and streamline referrals among the partners of the Bronx Asthma Center. In addition, this role entails delivering technical support to service providers and coordinating efforts to bolster asthma services throughout the South Bronx area.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective systems for service integration.
- Facilitate referrals among various Bronx Asthma Center partners.
- Provide technical assistance to service providers.
- Coordinate programs aimed at enhancing asthma services in the South Bronx.
Qualifications
- A baccalaureate degree is required.
- At least two years of experience in community work or a comparable educational and experiential background.
- A minimum of one year of relevant community work experience is mandatory for all applicants.
