Job description
Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for Finance and Accounting positions, which encompasses sourcing, evaluating, and finalizing candidates. Collaborate with Finance leadership to clarify hiring requirements, create effective sourcing plans, and track recruitment metrics to enhance the efficiency of the hiring process. A minimum of 4 years of end-to-end recruiting experience focused on Finance or Accounting professionals is required. Expertise in advanced sourcing methods, familiarity with applicant tracking systems, and the capability to work alongside leadership to influence hiring strategies are crucial.
