The Talent Acquisition Partner acts as a strategic consultant for hiring managers, overseeing the complete recruitment process from sourcing candidates to their onboarding. This role involves developing efficient sourcing strategies, ensuring accurate information is maintained in the applicant tracking system, and enhancing the employer’s brand. Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a relevant discipline, along with 4 to 6 years of recruiting experience. It is crucial to have expertise in applicant tracking systems and excellent communication skills to effectively manage the hiring process and stakeholder interactions.
