Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in sourcing and securing skilled personnel for various clinical roles within our organization. This position focuses on recruiting professionals, including Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), to ensure that staffing requirements are met effectively.
Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit qualified candidates for clinical job openings.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing or Administrator on a weekly basis to assess staffing requirements.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate applicants to align with the agency’s needs.
- Manage the hiring process from initial outreach to onboarding.
- Maintain relationships with potential candidates for future staffing needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruiting, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of clinical staffing needs and healthcare roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
