Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a pivotal role in sourcing and securing qualified candidates for clinical roles within our agency. This position focuses on filling vital positions with Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs). As part of a remote team, you will collaborate closely with key personnel to effectively address staffing requirements.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential candidates for clinical positions.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet organizational standards.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing or Administrator weekly to assess staffing needs.
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection.
- Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions to attract potential candidates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, especially in the healthcare sector.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare leaders and understand clinical staffing needs.
- Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
