Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the complete recruiting process, from sourcing and screening candidates to successfully closing offers across different departments. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to develop effective interview workflows and enhancing the organization’s employer branding.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruiting lifecycle, managing all stages from sourcing to closing candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to tailor the interview process for various roles.
- Enhance and promote the company’s employer brand in the job market.
- Engage actively in sourcing and connecting with potential candidates in the US and Canadian markets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally within an in-house startup setting.
- Proven strong sourcing abilities and skill in working independently.
- Familiarity with the recruitment landscape in both US and Canadian markets.
