Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a vital role in overseeing the complete recruitment process within the organization. This position is essential for fostering relationships with various hiring departments and ensuring that the recruitment aligns with the overall human resources strategy.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews, facilitate the interview process, and provide guidance to the HR Assistant.
- Actively partner with HR-related functions to enhance recruitment processes and improve overall employee engagement.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Qualifications
- Experience in human resources or recruitment is preferred.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
