Onsite, (M-F) Talent Acquisition Specialist Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be assisting the Innovation Manager in sourcing, selecting and screening of manufacturing staffing needs. Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the hiring of 1-2 production team members per month
- Support full-cycle recruitment for hourly production, skilled trades, and support roles by managing interview scheduling, candidate communication, and requisition tracking.
- Work closely with plant supervisors, operations managers, and HR to understand workforce needs, shift requirements, and urgency of open roles.
- Coordinate onsite, virtual, and plant-floor interviews — often across multiple shifts — ensuring efficient scheduling and positive candidate experience.
- Post roles to job boards, local community sites, trade schools, and workforce development partners; support career fairs and hiring events.
- Partner with HR and operations to anticipate hiring needs related to production increases, turnover trends, seasonal spikes, or expansion efforts.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of sourcing and recruiting experience
- Manufacturing focused – industry experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual or Spanish Speaking
- Experience working with 2nd chance employment
