Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for the organization. This position focuses on sourcing candidates efficiently while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify suitable candidates for various positions.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the roles.
- Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, from posting job openings to negotiating offers and onboarding new hires.
- Enhance the company’s employer brand by promoting a positive and engaging recruitment experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
- Strong understanding of best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates at all levels.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
