Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in investing in and enhancing the organization’s talent pool. This position focuses on fulfilling the hiring needs by collaborating with hiring managers, HR business partners (HRBPs), and performing various HR tasks that align with the company’s growth objectives and overall business goals across different divisions.
Responsibilities
- Engage with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand recruitment needs.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Coordinate and manage the hiring process, ensuring seamless execution from planning to onboarding.
- Support overall Human Resources functions with various tasks as required.
- Measure and report on recruitment metrics to improve processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment-related functions.
- Strong understanding of Human Resources processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to partner with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
