**Talent Development Specialist**
The Talent Development Specialist is tasked with recruiting and enrolling individuals into workforce training initiatives, while also offering case management and career guidance. This role includes the meticulous maintenance of participant records and collaboration with employers and community organizations to facilitate job placements. Ideal candidates will hold an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or have equivalent experience in workforce development, social services, or a similar area. Expertise in Microsoft Office, along with excellent organizational and communication abilities, is essential.
