Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for collaborating effectively with the community hiring managers and the Director to streamline the recruitment process. This role focuses on the acquisition of talent in the healthcare and skilled nursing sectors, ensuring that the organization attracts and retains the best candidates.
Responsibilities
- Work in close partnership with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and strategies.
- Provide support and timely updates to community HR Business Partners to facilitate smooth hiring processes.
- Engage in active recruiting for positions within healthcare and skilled nursing domains.
- Participate in the development and implementation of talent acquisition initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of skilled nursing facilities and their staffing requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with hiring managers.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
