Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist at i-80 Gold is responsible for managing the recruitment processes to attract and onboard skilled candidates. This role involves liaising with management to define hiring needs and designing effective training programs for new employees.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with managers to determine recruitment needs for various positions.
- Facilitate and coordinate refresher training sessions for existing employees.
- Oversee the initial training process for newly hired staff.
- Partner with shift supervisors to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Evaluate and report on HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related discipline, OR three to four years of relevant experience.
