The Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter serves as a vital partner within our organization, focusing on enhancing the lives of candidates and contributing significantly to the human resource initiatives in Chandler, Arizona. The role takes place in an onsite environment within a modern office setting that follows a business casual dress code.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying potential candidates to final hiring decisions.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and help develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Engage in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to find the best fit for various positions.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and build relationships with potential hires.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment standards and practices throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, ideally within a healthcare or surgical environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with recruitment management systems and tools.
- Demonstrated understanding of best practices in talent acquisition and employer branding.
