Job Summary
The Talent Attraction Manager is responsible for spearheading talent acquisition efforts, which encompass comprehensive recruiting processes, promoting the employer brand, and developing candidate pipelines. In this role, the manager will collaborate closely with business leaders to refine recruitment strategies and improve the experiences of both candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Oversee full life-cycle recruiting activities to attract high-quality candidates.
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to establish the organization as a preferred employer.
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet future hiring needs.
- Work alongside business leaders to streamline recruitment processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in talent acquisition or human resources.
- At least 4 years of experience dedicated to full life-cycle recruiting.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
