**Team Captain**
The Team Captain oversees the daily operations of the sales floor, focusing on merchandising, pricing strategies, and inventory control to deliver an outstanding athlete-oriented shopping experience. In addition, they play a key role in coaching, scheduling, and evaluating team members to achieve business and financial objectives. Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer service roles. Prior experience in leading teams is highly desirable to successfully manage store operations and foster team growth.
