Job description
The Team Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily functions of the warehouse, which encompasses shipping, receiving, and order picking, while ensuring that the team adheres to safety and quality guidelines. This position also involves mentoring team members, overseeing labor scheduling, and ensuring the accuracy of inventory and production records. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED and have a minimum of one year of experience in logistics or distribution settings. Additionally, candidates must be skilled in operating material handling equipment and hold a current forklift certification.
