The role involves driving technical development in co-packaged photonic assemblies and ensuring adherence to strict manufacturing and reliability standards. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or Physics, along with at least 5 years of experience in semiconductor packaging. Proven expertise in co-packaged optics, supplier management, and team leadership is essential for this position.
