Job description
Job Title: Senior Litigation Attorney – Insurance Defense
Take charge of intricate and high-stakes insurance defense cases, including those involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death claims, steering them from strategic planning through to trial. Manage all phases of litigation while providing guidance to junior attorneys and partnering with expert witnesses to secure positive results. Applicants must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and hold an active California bar license. A minimum of 8 years of experience in insurance defense litigation is required, along with a demonstrated history of serving as lead trial counsel in significant and impactful cases.
