**Team Lead**
The Team Lead is tasked with providing outstanding customer service while overseeing the day-to-day activities of the store, which encompasses opening and closing tasks as well as cash management. This role involves guiding the team by assigning duties, tracking their progress, and assuring that sales objectives are achieved through proficient engagement techniques. Applicants should possess 2 to 3 years of experience in retail, with a strong preference for individuals who have held leadership positions previously. The role demands physical endurance to be on foot for extended periods, specifically 8 hours, and the capability to lift items weighing up to 30 pounds. Additionally, candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
