**Job Title: Medical Laboratory Technician**
As a Medical Laboratory Technician, you will conduct a variety of laboratory procedures, including phlebotomy, specimen collection, and testing throughout the pre-analytical to post-analytical phases. Your role will involve guaranteeing precise reporting of results while adhering to safety protocols, quality control measures, and standards that prioritize patient care. Candidates should possess an associate’s degree in medical laboratory science or a related discipline, along with 1-3 years of clinical laboratory experience. Additionally, applicants are required to successfully complete a fit test and fulfill all employee health prerequisites.
