Job description
**Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse**
The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for delivering direct nursing care, administering medications, and developing personalized care plans for residents. This role also includes supervising certified staff and ensuring precise clinical documentation adheres to regulatory requirements. Applicants must have an active LPN license in their respective state and current CPR certification. Experience in geriatric nursing is desirable, as well as the capability to perform physical duties, including lifting and handling patients.
