The Technical Engineering Manager will take charge of enhancing process improvements, quality systems, and technical optimizations in a manufacturing context. This pivotal leadership position will supervise a team of engineers and technicians, fostering collaboration across various departments to boost operational efficiency, maintain product quality, and promote a culture centered on safety and continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities of the Engineering Manager:**
– Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of process and quality engineers.
– Champion quality initiatives aimed at minimizing defects, waste, and downtime.
– Employ and maintain continuous improvement methodologies such as TPM, Six Sigma, etc.
– Ensure adherence to safety standards and all regulatory obligations.
– Analyze production metrics to optimize system functionality and product consistency.
– Work with cross-functional groups on new product testing and process improvements.
– Address customer complaints by leading investigations and implementing corrective actions.
– Play a role in capital projects, technological advancements, and long-term engineering plans.

**Qualifications for the Engineering Manager:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
– At least 7 years of experience in engineering or quality within a manufacturing environment.
– Demonstrated ability to lead teams or manage technical projects.
– Solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles, quality tools, and data analysis techniques.
– Exceptional problem-solving, leadership, and communication capabilities.
– Prior experience with customer-centric quality systems is preferred.
