Job description
The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment process, which involves strategic sourcing and evaluating candidates for engineering and manufacturing roles. They will work closely with hiring managers to establish job requirements and enhance the hiring pipeline utilizing data-driven analytics. Applicants should possess over three years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, particularly in the technical or engineering fields. A solid understanding of applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse and strong negotiation abilities are critical for success in this position.
