**Job Title:** Technical Support Specialist
Role: Deliver technical assistance to clients and users while overseeing and resolving issues in Linux, Windows, and Mac systems. Participate in system administration tasks, monitor the overall health of systems, and leverage generative AI tools to enhance operational productivity.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess fundamental understanding of computer systems, networking, and operating systems, preferably complemented by a bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent practical experience. Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills are essential for providing outstanding customer service within a dynamic setting.
