**Job Title: OSP Construction Laborer**
The OSP Construction Laborer is responsible for executing heavy physical labor to set up job sites for fiber optic installations. This includes activities such as excavation, cleaning of sites, and restoring the ground. Additionally, the position entails support in conduit installation, fiber deployment, and tasks related to building entries. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of experience in OSP construction and be skilled in using both hand and power tools. The role demands the physical capability to lift weights up to 100 lbs and to work outdoors in varied weather scenarios.
