**Maintainer Foreman**
The Maintainer Foreman leads a team of maintenance personnel and engages in the direct installation, testing, and repair of telecommunications equipment. Key responsibilities encompass overseeing project schedules, facilitating safety briefings, and ensuring the upkeep of fiber optics, towers, and radio locations. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age, hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in coordinating work and managing schedules. This position demands the capability to perform physical tasks, including climbing towers and lifting weights of up to 60 pounds, in various weather conditions.
