The Teller/CSR plays a crucial role in executing precise cash and check transactions while fostering strong relationships with customers to identify their financial requirements. In addition, this position contributes to business growth through account openings, supporting loan application processes, and directing clients to the right banking experts. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent and have a minimum of one year of experience in customer service and cash handling. Competency in computer systems and data entry, along with a solid grasp of banking regulations and fraud prevention, is essential.
