Job Summary
The Teller role is focused on delivering outstanding service while managing various member financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. The position plays a crucial part in maintaining precise member records and balancing cash drawers, along with providing members with information about available credit union products.
Responsibilities
- Process financial transactions for members including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Maintain accurate records of member accounts and perform cash drawer balancing.
- Educate members regarding different products and services offered by the credit union.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Possess a professional demeanor along with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Ability to proficiently operate standard office equipment and maintain high levels of accuracy in work.
- Availability to work on Saturdays as required.
