The Retail Banker plays a key role in managing transactions, setting up new accounts, and maintaining existing accounts, all while actively promoting the bank’s products to clients. Additionally, they are tasked with various branch service responsibilities, including balancing the vault and maintaining ATMs, ensuring that daily operations run seamlessly. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of three years of applicable sales or customer service experience, or alternatively hold an Associate’s degree coupled with one year of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree. A High School Diploma or equivalent is also mandatory, along with a friendly and approachable attitude.
