Job description
**Teller Supervisor**
The Teller Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily operations of the teller line, ensuring adherence to bank regulations, and overseeing cash handling as well as vault balancing activities. This role includes providing training and mentorship to team members, addressing more complex customer issues, and supporting branch scheduling needs. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in teller services, including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory capacity. A high school diploma or its equivalent is necessary, along with strong skills in leadership, communication, and problem-solving.
