**Job Title: Dietary Supervisor**
The Dietary Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily operations of food service, which encompasses ensuring the kitchen is clean, maintaining equipment, and upholding nutritional standards. This role includes scheduling, training, and supervising staff to guarantee that department policies are followed. Applicants should possess a minimum of two years of experience in hospital food service and hold a high school diploma or GED. A Food Service Manager Certification and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential, while an Associate’s degree is desirable.
