The Benefits Assistance Coach plays a crucial role in advocating for and assisting low-income individuals in navigating federal, state, and community program enrollment. This position involves managing program intake processes, collecting data, and ensuring adherence to grant regulations while partnering effectively with community organizations. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree and have 1-2 years of related experience, along with strong communication and computer proficiency. A valid driver’s license is required, and candidates must be capable of passing a background screening.
