Oversee the daily processing of orders and nurturing of customer relationships with retail accounts, while collaborating with various teams to guarantee precision and prompt delivery. Address any order inconsistencies, tackle inventory issues, and provide direct updates on order status to retail partners. Candidates should have prior wholesale experience working with key retail accounts and an understanding of retailer ordering systems and portals. Proficiency in ERP software, as well as strong organizational and communication abilities, are crucial for success in this dynamic position.
