To be successful in this position, you should possess a proven history of delivering Staff-level contributions in the design and management of essential backend or platform systems at scale. A thorough understanding of distributed systems is essential, along with hands-on experience overseeing high-stakes financial or blockchain infrastructure, coupled with strong mentorship capabilities.
