Job Summary
The therapist is responsible for delivering comprehensive outpatient mental health services encompassing individual, family, and group therapy primarily in a school environment. This role involves close collaboration with educational staff, managing crisis situations, and crafting tailored service and support plans for young individuals.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy interventions.
- Work in partnership with school personnel to enhance student support.
- Conduct crisis interventions as required.
- Develop and implement individualized service and support plans for youth.
Qualifications
- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a relevant behavioral science discipline.
- Current eligibility as a QMHP from MHACBO or possess an Associate Registration with the Oregon Licensing Board.
