Job Summary
The Therapy Coordinator is responsible for managing the rehabilitation department to guarantee that the needs of residents are satisfying while adhering to financial objectives and regulatory requirements. This position plays a critical role in fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring effective operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the rehabilitation department to meet resident needs.
- Align departmental operations with financial goals and compliance standards.
- Coordinate strategic scheduling of staff to optimize service delivery.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to enhance teamwork and collaboration.
- Ensure accuracy in billing processes and maintain proper documentation.
Qualifications
- A degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in a clinical setting.
