Job Summary
The Operator plays a critical role in the setup and operation of thermoforming and 5-axis CNC machinery to manufacture high-precision plastic parts. This position hinges on maintaining quality assurance throughout the production process while ensuring that all operations are conducted in compliance with established safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate thermoforming and 5-axis CNC equipment for plastic component production.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Make necessary adjustments to machines to optimize performance.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure efficient operation.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Possess basic mechanical skills and understanding.
- Able to read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing work instructions accurately.
