**Job Title: Thermoforming Machine Operator**
The role involves the operation of thermoforming machines, trimming presses, and associated equipment to create top-quality products while effectively reducing waste and operational downtime. Key responsibilities include diagnosing process issues, inspecting completed products, and ensuring a tidy, safe, and well-structured workplace. Applicants must possess a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license, along with the capability to acquire forklift and aerial lift certifications. Additionally, candidates should be physically capable of lifting items weighing up to 30 pounds and standing for extended periods within a continuous 24/7 manufacturing setting.
