Job Title: DMV Customer Service Representative
In this role, you will assist clients with various DMV services, including processing vehicle titles, registrations, and renewals, while ensuring adherence to PennDOT regulations. You will be responsible for keeping accurate records, handling payments, and delivering outstanding customer service in a dynamic office setting. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of experience in customer service and hold a valid driver’s license. Additionally, the candidate must be able to secure Notary Public certification within 90 days of employment and successfully complete a background check.
