The TMS Technician plays a key role in delivering Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation therapy autonomously while ensuring patient safety throughout the treatment sessions. Responsibilities also include educating patients about the procedure, maintaining equipment, and accurately recording information in the electronic health record system. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, prior experience in TMS, and a valid BLS/CPR certification. A TMS certification is mandatory, or candidates must be willing to obtain it within two months of employment; a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is also preferred.
