Job description
The Fulfillment Team Lead plays a crucial role in guiding the team towards delivering exceptional service, managing the entire order fulfillment process, and maintaining accurate inventory levels. This position involves overseeing adherence to safety protocols, operating powered machinery, and addressing any complex customer or operational challenges that arise. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, a minimum of one year of retail experience, and at least six months of experience with computers. Additionally, it is necessary to obtain certification for operating powered equipment including forklifts and reach trucks.
